THE BIGGEST ORDER I'VE EVER MADE, 200 PCS

Alhamdulillah, finally I managed to finish this order yesterday and today the company already picked up the items. 200 pcs of tissue holders, with company's label with 4 different fabrics design.It's an achievement for me as a part time crafter! (thinking of full time meh? hoho...not yet).

Some people asked me, how did i get this order. Well, it's easy, we never know who our customer is, in fact they are maybe our biggest customer ever! This person bought a bag from me, recommended to her hr/marketing/corporate department for their bowling tournament. They made a call, at first I rejected because it was too last minute (about one month) plus I have to order the label which would take some time to reach me.

After few calls, somehow I agreed to do the order (plus i got my hubby's permission, in fact i always do this..it's a blessing you know..ehehe). But I did nothing on the first week because I need to wait for the label. Thanks adik Zubaidah for the excellent label. I was too excited when it comes to the label design. I mislooked at the customer email. They wanted it as 'Bowling Competition' but I design it as 'Bowling Tournament' as we (in our office) normally address it as 'tournament' for any bowling event. When I sent the confirmation to my customer, they somehow too excited too I guess, ehehe..they did not realize my mistake..and I directly ordered the label..but after some discussion with them, they agreed with the word 'tournament'. Alhamdulillah, lega..(if not I have to reorder again which would appear more cost and time consuming)..Anyway, alhamdulillah..everything went well..

Yesterday, I was to excited to pack all these. And due to my husband has to extend his work trip in US, so I had to continue travelling by KTM komuter this morning. So, I had an extra large bag to tag with me. Because of this, my way up to the station was slow, (berat maa). I was one minute late, missed the train. Waited the next train, it was delayed. When train delayed, more passengers! Then I had to stand, towards the end of my station then only I could sit. What a relief! Finally, me and my extra large pink bag had safely arrived at the office.

Anyway..To Syika and Ila, thanks for your trust, I could have not done this without your trust. Thanks for putting some mark on my craft experience and I really appreciate it. Last but not least, please enjoy the bowling day!

ANY RECOMMENDED VITAMINS OR SUPPLEMENT FOR CRAFTERS?

Been thinking about this lately. Since I'm so addicted with this craft activities (not me only, i guess). Sometimes we tend to miss to see the clock, (maybe on purpose/intended to do so, heh), then we found out its already 3.30 am! Woopp..and if this happens repetatively, you will wake up on the next day and walking like a zombie! So, is there any suggestion on the supplement? I am currently taking Enervon, prescribed by a doctor for a woman. It's ok, but is there any other suggestion?

I HAVE TO IMMEDIATELY TURN TO A SUPER MOMMY EVER!

My husband will be outstation for two weeks, alhamdulillah my MIL and MOM will take turn for that two weeks. Alhamdulillah. I should have been so prepared this time because this is not the first time my husband is away, but the difference is HUGE. This time, the period is much longer, I'm not in a good health, the kids are getting so active, sewing job is abundant (my fault of course, cari pasal heh?), work is extremely a lot (more visits, enquiries..and what not).

Anyway, forget about that. Now, I'm listing what I have to do:-

KIDS
I need to be prepared if none of them buat hal, tanak dgn nenek/tokma which is impossible because Fahmi can easily mix with others, and Tasnim as well as long as didokong, lol. Need to prepare their nursery bags before going to sleep so that I can just grab in the morning without having turning back home to pickup something. (nenek/tokma takpayah susah2 kena hantar barang ke nursery jalan kaki belakang umah..ehehe). Also, I have to spend more time with them as to replace my husband's time with them which will be so boring since my husband does have a lot of fun activities! Sabar yer anak-anakku..ehehe..


WORK
Use KTM instead of having a long driving journey home-office-home plus tension traffic jam and try to get office jobs done/half done by 530pm so that I can go back early.


MEALS
I'm sure my MIL/MOM will be more than willing to help me on this since none of them like outside food which we sometimes got no choice. And maybe this time I have to take chance to do cooking after a tiring work, try to do some frozen cooked food (good idea? well, outside food sometimes no good or tasteless)


CRAFT/SEWING
I've to accept the fact that I have no choice; by any chance I have to finish it as I've given a commitment, maybe a bit delay-pardon me my dear customers. I have to plan this very well next time.


HOUSECHORES
Should have no problem since I started to engage a weekend maid, at least once in a month, twice a month lot easier. Just to have her to sweep away the dust and do the mopping and lap2. I still prefer to do the laundry/cloth folding by myself (well, my husband did it more than i do :P, kantoi)

Well, at the same time I have to prepare a surprise for my husband when he gets back from the State. hmm..any good idea???

NON-CRAFT STORY

This is a non-craft story of me. I used to write every day when I was an undergraduate student. I wrote about my life -study, part-time work & daily life activities. Somehow today, I feel like being somewhere I was before, when I was a student. I got so many activities. Well, maybe now I should start take turn craft and non-craft stories..LOL..

I used to do a lot of volunteer work. I just loved it. Especially when it involved children. These are some pictures that were taken by a good friend of mine Kay, she's now owns Photolicious. (iklan jap..ehehe).

I'M FEELING SO SICK

Dear friends, please do remind me if I've missed to reply your email/enquiry. Lots of work in the office, non-stop investors' visits, last minute orders commitment (my bad for locking to commit-wanted to help in a way actually), preparation for hubby's outstation to States, kids and housechores (thanks to dear hubby for the non-stop support & help), my so ambitious of doing new things, my research on facial & cosmetic products ( any good suggestion?? eheh), my research on new machines (still deciding janome, brothers or bernina) and the list as usual goes on and on. This morning I fell asleep at my sewing chair with some fabrics on me. What a mess, Tini! I better stop now and have my lunch, solat and prepare for the next meeting..
