These are some other pictures that were taken during our 'cuti-cuti' at cherating.

We were lucky some shops were already in operation, so we managed to get that sandplay set. Nampak tak yg terbaring tu, Fahmi's ultraman!

Fahmi was so excited and he was smiling all the time! Love you my handsome boy!

Mama, please let me go..Fahmi da taksabar nak main air!

Mama: Fahmi pantai mana ada buaya, air sungai ada kot!

Fahmi: Air pantai! Awak tadek buaya...hihihi..

After having fun at the beach, we then went to their swimming pool. Very super duper clean I tell you.

Tasnim pun happy! Really enjoying the moment.

Boleh tengok matahari kuar lagi.. (nampak sangat anak2 ku bangun pagi..huhu)

CUTI2 - CHERATING

We took the chance to go to Cherating during our last journey, Terengganu-KL. We did survey some places and we decided to go to Cherating Bayview Resort. Why?
1. Not so many people know this place I guess because it was at the end of the Kampung in fact we had to pass through a graveyard before we met this resort.
2. It has a good view - our chalet is right in front of the beach, most likely a private beach and very clean of course.
3. Has swimming pools!

JALAN2 BALIK KG

During last hari raya, we have spared a few days after the hari raya for jalan2 around the town. We had this chance to go to Kubang Kerian. ( I didnt take the chance to go to KB, dangerous ma..cannot come out to go home nanti..)

Since Tasnim had just fell asleep, so we took the chance! Tokma and Cikjah & Cikngah jaga adik..Fahmi was so excited.Muka tersengih.

Orang nakgi shopping dia dok main batu.

Muka monyok budak nak main kucing...tp kena pegang dgn mama..

Kebetulan Mydin Mall da bukak kat Kubang Kerian, so apa lagi..kami melencong kejap. Mama Fahmi siap beli benang & some laces. haha..Fahmi got a sport car with remote control. Gembira!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAMIA TASNIM!

I was supposed to write about this topic one day before Eid. Due to out of internet connection at my MIL's house so I had to postpone it. In fact we were to busy preparing things for Eid. She was born on 090909 (19th Ramadhan). We had her birthday cake on the Eid (1 Syawal - her brother, Fahmi was born on 1 Syawal).

Anyway, alhamdulillah, she's now able to start her first few steps. Nothing else makes me happy other than seeing her everyday. And she's growing up, which also in a way makes me feel so worry. Today's world is much more challenging for her & her brother. And I just can't afford to have no baby in the house! (*wink*wink*). I leave you with some pictures of my tiny Tasnim.

p/s: The hijab didn't really match and that was why it only last for 15 seconds on her.

TELAN

Sometimes in April 2010 (Fahmi was 2 and half year old)

Mama: Fahmi, jom mama suap nasi ayam?
Fahmi: Mama mashak? (masak)
Mama: Iye. Baca doa dulu
Fahmi: (baca doa makan)

Mama terus suap, tp baru je satu suap;

Fahmi: Nak lagi (sambil mengunyah, baru separuh telan)
Mama: Telan dulu, telan dulu!
Fahmi: (telan and then followed by nganga)

A week later

We were having Nasi Arab at a restaurant with some other customers.

Mama: Fahmi, jom mama suap?
Fahmi: Fahmi da kenyang (sambil mencuba untuk menyucuk straw air kotak oren arab)

Mama tengah mengunyah, tp bila nampak aksi Fahmi yang hampir menumpahkan air yang penuh itu;

Mama: Fahmi, meh mama minum, mama nak sket, nak sket! (nasi masih bersisa dalam mulut,tp takut air tumpah punya pasal)

Fahmi: Mama telan dulu, telan dulu (dengan suara yg agak kuat)
Mama: (aiseh..orang lain dengar plak tu..)
Papa: Hehehe..

RAYA 2010 PART 2

Raya haritu Tasnim bergaya dgn baju kurung & hairclip mama buat..tp keje dia asyik mengunyah je..main tak ingat, tidur sket je siang, malam tidur tak bangun2, esok plak bangun, letih la kononnya..tp seronok anak2 enjoy balik kampung..rasa nakbalik kampung lagi..huhuhu...

Sila ambil maklum hairclip ini hanya tahan selamat 1 minit paling lama..ampess..

Abang Fahmi da bosan makan biskut, so dia kunyah kerepek ikan plak..hensem anak mama pakai baju melayu..ehehe..

"Adik satu, Fahmi satu", kata Fahmi..(alhamdulillah, jgn buat adik yer)

"ok dik, kita makan biskut plak".

SHE

Pagi2 ni saya nak tolong promote barang member ni..she's a hijab maker and now she's promoting a new product, She.

Produk She telah menerima pengiktirafan ISO9001 dan status halal, malah sudah melepasi ujian makmal toksilogi temoatan kerana bebas bahan kimia dan logam berbahaya serta iritasi kulit. Ia mengandungi enam lapisan utama yang mempunyai fungsi tersendiri bagi mengelak kebocoran ketika haid.

RAYA 2010 PART 1

As usual, Monday is always a holiday mood but today is extra holiday mood due to a long hari raya leave. Alhamdulillah, we had a great hari raya holiday. The kids were so happy 'balik kampung'. Fahmi was so excited running here and there to kejar ayam itik kucing and what not. Macam terlepas dari kurungan plak..huhu..Alhamdulillah, semua nya ok and we were so happy, super duper happy! Can't wait the next trip to balik kampung (only God knows when).

The 1st day. This is the only OK family picture. (see, still Fahmi & Tasnim were non-stop eating biskut & kerepek.).

Primary schoolmates reunion at my parent's house. Ada yg takjumpa dari 1996 lagi..semua dalam gambar ni masih single (but I believe not available), except me da beranak dua..huhu..

and ada sikecik menyibuk...ehehe..

BARU MELAYAN PERASAAN GEMBIRA NAK BALIK KG, TP PERASAAN LAIN SUDAH DATANG!

Esok insyaAllah kami sekeluarga akan balik kampung. Papa kata tunggu anak-anak bangun dulu then baru gerak. Pagi tadi about 430 am kami kemas rumah. Thanks to hubby sudi tolong kemas rumah. Harini perasaan nakbalik beraya kat kampung tu membuak2 rasanya. Rasa tadek mood nakwat keje, tp kena siapkan jugak sbb duenya esok, tp sbb mostly esok da ramai cuti. I have to prepare country brief about 6 countries (actually 15). Currently working on UAE. It's not that easy to have everyting in, from the people to the economy. We have to revamp almost everything. Normally we about 20++ pages, but now more than 70 pages. Aduuuh..

Before I go off today, I need to have it printed. As at now (lunch hour) I still need to complete some other information. Not only that, I have to reconfirm some other meetings/visits after raya. Fuuh..the list goes....banyak betul meeting. Tapi takperla, ini lah nama nya kerja. Tp perasaan risau bnyk keje ni betul2 spoil mood raya.huhuh..takper2, nanti meeting bnyk, jamuan raya pun bnyk..just go with the flow ok. ehehe..

Rasa excited pun ada gak tuk kembali aktif menjahit. Bulan Ramadhan ni mmg 10% jer menjahit. Sbb banyak urusan yg lebih penting nak kena kejar. So, tempahan yg da diterima tu saya akan buat lepas raya nanti. Sudah terbayang2 keseronokan nak pilih2 kain..potong2 dan jahit! I miss sewing so much! Ada about 50 bags, 20++ makeup bags, some tissue holders and some pouches. That's what in the written list. The not in the written list plak macam bnyk gak; my unfinished blouse, Fahmi's pants, Tasnim's dress & pants, kitchen towels, pot holders.

Ok, enough for today. Selamat hari raya semua, maaf zahir batin.

I baked this cookies last week. I cooked some other good food too. But being me, my camera almost never be in the kitchen. maybe ada once in a while. Yang ni kebetulan plak..ada satu je gambar. ehehe..

Mama rindu anak mama. That is her favourite port in the house. This photo was taken on 19th Ramadhan this year. The same date as she was born last year. 090909, 19th Ramadhan 2009. I just bought this cupcakes tshirt last week for 24 months kid. But I think this fit her perfectly. I just love the cupcakes on her. So sweet. I cannot write anything else. I just miss her so much. (dia kat taska je ni..ehehe)

ANOTHER HAIRCLIP FOR MY LIL DAMIA

I just can't sit in the car while my husband is driving. Always. I need to do something. So I did this hair clip for Tasnim. I would love to make a larger one but I doubt that it will last on her hair longer. Sure she'll cabut punya..if the small one, it's quite hard for her to capai2..ehehe..

I FEEL SO GREAT WHEN I MANAGED TO SEW BAJU KURUNG & BAJU MELAYU FOR THE FIRST TIME!

Alhamdulillah, I feel so great when these two - damia's baju kurung & fahmi's baju melayu are done! Finally..Walaupun ada 200% cacat cela, jahit tetas, dan seharusnya diperbaiki bnyk lagi, tapi saya senyum sampai ke telinga! Iyalah kan, this is my first time jahit these two, baju raya anak-anak plak tu..maklumlah nak sedondon..baju raya mama & papa da siap tempah..hihihi..yg anak2 ni bukan tanak tempah je, tp nak feel sendiri..mmg I feel so great, rasa macam dapat jahit 10 beg je..huhu (sungguh complicated rasanya actually..huhu)

Ni baju Damia Tasnim. (adalah rupa) Baju kurung. Letak label mama..ehehe

Ada button love hijau.

Siap lengan, leher & bawah baju jahit love2 lagi (corak kat mesin brother je, tp syok gak layan corak2 tu)

Kecacatan yg perlu diperbaiki:-

1. Masa amik ukuran tu betul2, kalau tak terlebar bahu sket (ehe, ada hikmahnya, tadeklah susah sangat nak sarung/bukak baju, hek..cover)

2. Potong leher kena ikut pelan, kalau tak jadi macam atas tu terlebih dalam lak bhgn belakang tu.. (takperlah mama, kepala adik besar..ehehe)

3. Nampak singkat sket, macam baju kurung kedah lak (eh mane ada..ok la tu senang adik nak merangkak sana sini..)

Ni plak Baju Melayu Fahmi - tak letak my label, knowing Fahmi he's quite sensitive with labels at the back.

Ada button lil dolphin hijau

Kecacatan yg perlu diperbaiki:-

1. Lengan terpanjang sket, over budget plak.

2. Poket takpayah potong macam tu, wat petak je senang (kurang sakit kepala..ehehe)

3. Kekemasan leher perlu diperbaiki tahap kronik (blh refer gambar bawah)

Mesej dari entry ini:

1. Saya bersyukur sangat2 walaupun takpernah ada pengalaman jahit baju kurung/melayu sendiri, tapi da jadi kenyataan untuk anak2 sendiri lak tu, at least ada rupa baju..huhuhu

2. Jgn too excited, nanti salah amik ukuran (huhu)

3. Pergi jahit tepi kat kedai hari lain2 untuk baju yg sama corak untuk elakkan kekeliruan tuan kedai (macam kes ni, badan damia jadi badan fahmi sbb tukang jahit tepi salah masuk plastik yg saya da asing kan..sebbaik perasan)

4. Last but not least - there's nothing wrong of trying new things!
