ANY RECOMMENDED VITAMINS OR SUPPLEMENT FOR CRAFTERS?

Been thinking about this lately. Since I'm so addicted with this craft activities (not me only, i guess). Sometimes we tend to miss to see the clock, (maybe on purpose/intended to do so, heh), then we found out its already 3.30 am! Woopp..and if this happens repetatively, you will wake up on the next day and walking like a zombie! So, is there any suggestion on the supplement? I am currently taking Enervon, prescribed by a doctor for a woman. It's ok, but is there any other suggestion?

ni baru betul tukang jahit tegar ni,sampai pagi tak tidur2 yer,hehe.

fith selama ni ada ambil sejenis supplement nama arinamin,tp taktau laa kat msia ada jual ka tak,kandungan utamanya pelbagai jenis vitamin B,mmg bagus utk lenguh bahu n tengkuk,sakit pinggang dan letih mata akibat penat bekerja.fith tak ambil selalu pun,cuma bila time terlalu penat mcm kes tini tu,telan sebiji alhamdulillah cepat kesannya.klau nak fith belikan pun insyaAllah boleh aje,hehe

wah, arinamin ek? nanti tini try survey kat sini..sbnrnya sedara, doktor lah..bg try supplement usana punya, ada dua jenis, makan tu mmg tenaga wat keje mmg lebih rasanya..tp kalau sehari kita tak makan, lenguh dia melampau2..terus takberani nak amik..huhu

ooo mmg ada supplement yg kita kena ambil sentiasa kan,klau skip nanti bg kesan.mcm yg fith mkn ni,dlm seminggu sekali ja fith selalu ambil,esp bila bgn awal sgt utk siapkan order yg sah2 siang tu mmg takleh nak rest/cover tidur,so telan ja sebiji,hehe.
ok,try cari dulu yer,cuba tgk supplement yg ada 'namin' kat hujung nama dia,sbb ada byk jenis(brand),tp kandungan utamanya hampir sama ie. vit B n function pun totally same.

siti, blom decide lagi..tp actually doktor ada bg enervon tu lah..makan jarang2 sbb macam busuk je..ehehe..ada orang suggest spirulina..rasa macam nak try..weekend ni nakgi HPA, ada spirulina halal..
